Nonya Popiah (4-6 pax)

Traditional nonya popiah, our bangkuang filling is cooked in a rich prawn and hae bee stock, home made from a recipe passed down in the family. Comes with the following accompaniments:

• Popiah skins
• Lettuce leaf
• Chopped egg
• Sliced cucumber
• Coriander
• Sweet flour sauce
• Homemade chili sambal
  
• Homemade garlic paste
• Ground peanuts
• Crispy bits

Feeds 4 to 6 people depending on how much of a popiah fanatic you and your fellow diners are. Please heat the bangkuang filling thoroughly before serving, and refrigerate all other items.
